Hard Day's Work - Callaway Plantation, Washington, Georgia

Ground driven cultivator often used to break up heavy clay that the early American frontiersmen faced for needs of survival in what was the Western Frontier of the New World.

Open pit blacksmith forge was used for any melting, molding, and tempering black work, a term used for metal products, as they were needed on the farm!

Ram's skull mounted above the door.

Cotton bale for storage after it
has been through the gin.
