Flying the Colors - Fort Sumter, South Carolina

Flying proudly over the point where the first shots of the American Civil War, or as the Southerners like to term it 'War of Northern Aggression', were fired are the colors that have been flown over this historic island fort out in the Charleston Harbor throughout it's long and turbulent history from the early settlement days to today.  I will leave the rest of the fort for your future endeavors!
